• We currently ship only within Israel.

• Standard shipping is included in the price unless otherwise specified.

• Optional tracked shipping may be available for an additional fee.

• Shipping costs and options will be presented at checkout.

3. Delivery Time

• Standard shipping: 5-10 business days within Israel, depending on location.

• Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed due to potential postal delays or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Packaging

• All items are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.

• Artworks and postcards are wrapped with protective materials and shipped in durable envelopes or boxes.

5. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

• If your order is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us within 7 days of expected delivery at tairswisaart@gmail.com.

• Provide your order number and photos of any damage.

• We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

• Tair Swisa Art is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.
