Shipping Policy

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Custom or commissioned artwork may take longer, and buyers will be informed in advance.

We currently ship within Israel only. Shipping costs and available options are shown at checkout, and delivery times are estimated at 5–10 business days.

All items are packaged carefully to help prevent damage during transit.

If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact us within 7 days at tairswisaart@gmail.com with your order number and photos if needed. We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund when applicable.

Delivery delays caused by postal services, holidays, weather, or other external factors are outside our control.
